Jaded

I'm feeling so jaded and weary now.. but still would like to come online before i go to bed.. ever since i started working, the time i spent at home... *shake head*.. Home has become more like a place to sleep than a home.. So i guess i shouldn't be wasting my time at home sleeping.. so here i am blogging...

Thank god it's Friday tml! But Friday @ work is busy lar.. [ever since when it's not huh?] But these 2 days were quite quiet! Gotta thank the rain putting all those customers away.. but still, today being one of those more 'peaceful' day, i've gotten a couple of 'irritating' customers!!!!!

One of them started like this.. 'Excuse mi i got some things to ask you, i just got my credit card'.. so my usual practice is to reply.. 'So wad is it that i can help you, sir?' and he went on.. ' Could you pls tell mi how do i use my credit card'.. i was like *duh?!* but still, i gotta reply him.. and so i did.. 'Sir, your credit card is a 'live' one, meaning you can use it immediately, you can just go to any merchants that accepts credit cards to start using it'.. He went on.. 'So for credit card i sign right?'.. and i nodded.. after which he asked.. 'So i sign my name?'.. i gave him a stiff smile..

That wasn't all...

'I applied for your bank's credit line..' he said. 'Oh.. ok..' i replied.. then he went on asking the checkbook that comes with the credit line.. 'My credit limit given is 7K.. so i can i issue a check for 8K?'.. 'No you can't. It's beyond the credit limit given..'

Next.....

He paused for awhile.. 'Ok.. i tink i know how they work already.. btw, can i have a scenario of the breakdown of the interest if i were to use 1K from my credit line..' I tried to explain to him briefly.. he doesn't understand.. But by that time i was really kinda pissed.. so i asked.. 'Sir, didn't you ask how the various product works before applying for them?' He shook his head.

Looking at the queue behind him.. i got impatient..

He ended with.. 'Ok lar.. my lunchtime over.. i will come look for you again tml.. :)' Then he went off.. really pray hard that he dun come back to look for mi tml.. coz i wasted 20 mins on him today... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh~~

Another one goes like this...

'I need to close my account, can i see a banker?'.. 'Sure mdm, but can i have your i/c no pls?'.. 'OK, its S15*****A, i am rushing for time can you ask her to come out now?'.. 'Sure mdm, i'll be calling her now, pls take a seat..' [ She remains standing at my counter.. so i went on serving another customer in the queue] And she went on asked like a million times.. 'Is she coming out now?'..'Can you call her out?'.. 'I want to see her now!'.. All we made her wait was 10 mins just to get the paperwork done..

The customer that i was serving after her...

'HELLO? Can you pls stop bothering her? Can you just let her do her work first?' She rebuked back, 'You are not the only customer here OK??!!'.. The other customer went on..'But she is doing my change of address now, wad if she enters it wrongly?'

[Silent for 2 mins......]

The banker came out and salvage the awkward atmosphere.. hahahaha...

In my heart, i was tinking, THANKS MAN for voicing out.. lol.. i feel so 'shiok' lar.. although i am not the one asking her to shut her trap.. hahaha.. i am not gonna be miss nice when she come back next time! [Hiak Hiak Hiak..]

Alright, might be getting a little dry here talking about work.. haha.. but anyway, i did OT today and it rained the whole day, was pouring like donkeys and elephants when i was about to make my way home.. took cab and waiting for 30 mins to get through the line and to book a taxi... (-_-') And the best thing was, i've gotten that kinda super energetic taxi uncle lar.. so he went rattling on and on... maybe its job hazard.. so i entertained him.. hahaha.. got really tired by the time i got home.. hahahaha..

Did alot of things today at work.. feeling 'lighter' with more things off the load! *Phew..* New boss coming in means more work.. but i am happy working thou at time gets pretty mad with my colleague.. haiz.. dunno wad to say about her lar..

Anyway, it is time to go to bed! Tml's Friday and it's go out day! Meeting Anne Jie.. lalala..... :)
