Feeling good today coz the course ended early!! I am not too sure if its the course that got mi recharged.. or its that i'm just in plain good mood..

Anyway, thou tired [due to lack of sleep] i am feeling good now.. and share something with you guys.. i kinda looking forward to work tml.. :X Hope i will be able to make a difference, bringing back the things that ive learn during the 2 days course.. :) Yeah... a new motivating drive!

hmm.. Need to get more complimentary letter for my branch! Will start 'collecting' them tml! Heh heh. Boss looking at clinching the best SRM, SB and CRO award at the sales and service rally! CSQ Branch must top the rest! Weeee~~ Goals are set, so lets all work towards that! [Can't believe i am so enthu about it right now.. :p ]

Maybe its really obvious that i am a fast speaker.. thou i hardly speak during the course, somehow, ppl seem to know that i speak fast.. :( Must be the role play that gave mi away! Urgh! But at least, i did contribute to letting the rest know how that we should pace the speed when we talk to cms.. hahaha...

I am trying hard to change that! Really am...
