Fast food restaurants?

How long can you wait for your food to be served at a fast food restaurant?

I am not too sure if Mos Burger consider themselves as a fast food restaurant.. but my experience there has been really bad! The waiting time for my food to be packed for takeaway easily took me 20 mins! It's not just because THAT day was an exception.. i guess it is happening EVERDAY coz i happen to feel like eating it AGAIN today and the SAME thing happened..

It got mi quite pissed having to queue for at least 10 mins to place my order just because they only opened one counter to serve the long queue.. and after the order is made, there is no seat at all so many of the cms choose to takeaway.. and while waiting, everyone has to stand along the corridor in that small pathetic branch with ppl walking to and fro in the shopping mall! Really a big nono.. *shake head*

BUT.... wad made mi wait was the commendable service that i've gotten from the front counter staffs... One of them kinda impressed mi.. i know how it feels like manning a counter with a long queue.. but regardless of that, that young lad actually greeted all his cms and his enthusiasm did not die down despite some cms coming to him asking how long their orders will take and some even cancelled them. He was apologetic and never once frown his face. I guess this is wad i call good service!

So i wrote a feedback from for him...

In it, i wrote how disappointed i was with the branch layout and the shorthanded at the back kitchen.. complained how long i was made to wait.. blar blar.. but the main part of the feedback form was to compliment on the young lad.. i hope he at least get praised for this feedback i've written for him.. haha...

And talking about such compliment letters, i get them too at work.. :)

Mine are much more interesting.. besides the usual keywords such as excellent service, professionalism, efficiency, politeness, helpful, taking the extra mile.. i get sentences like.. 'Sherine smells like fresh air'.. 'She's got an enchanting smile'.. etc.. haha.. such comments always sets mi laughing out loud! How interesting can cms be huh? I wonder wad they are tinking... lol...

Bottom line is... dun be shy to praise and thank the good service you've received when you are being served by others. Be generous with the praises.. make them happy! Motivate them!

Anyway, tml's Friday!!! So happy right? Can go shopping! I want to get a baggie for new year! Can use my taka voucher leh.. but the bag that i've been eyeing on i tink was last season de.. now cannot find le.. so sad right? *sob sob*.. maybe not fated to haf it.. that time didnt buy coz it cost about 300+... too ex... hmm.. nvm.. i shall go see see look look to see if i can get something similar tml.. :)

CNY is around the corner.. but this yr i dun feel the festive season coming leh... X'mas is the same too.. is it because my lifestyle changed since work started? Hmm... now i understand why some ppl can even forget their own birthdays...
