Tired legs..

Darn.. can't find my ipod charger! (-_-') How am i gonna spend my time travelling tml? *shake head*.. i wonder where i last left it.. should be somewhere at home thou..

Hmm.. anyway, just came back from shopping with min.. [she is suppose to be online now lor.. but nowhere to be found!] Town we went and it's pretty rewarding for mi i would say.. Bought 2 tops, 1 blouse, a handbag and a pair of shoes.. Hee hee.. it's the monthly self-pamper retail therapy thingy when pay comes in!! :X [I didnt get to spend my voucher coz nothing caught my eye today @ Taka.. :( ]

Since January, i've been shopping for my new year clothings.. [due to hectic work and school schedules..] But of all the tops and bottoms that i've gotten, i havent got anything in mind as to which top should go with which bottom..haha.. just cross my fingers that they'll be able to match lar.. blame mi for just picking them off the shelves.. but anyway, cannot match still got my jeans.. hee hee.. wear the rest during normal days lor..

Something interesting to share...

On our way back in the train, we saw this cool little girl.. i dun find her cute coz she doesn't smile.. she scrutinise the ppl around her.. observing wad others are wearing.. how we talked and looking at us using the corner of her eye.. haha.. first time i see a little one not wearing a smile.. why??!! Hmmm... kids are getting too 'adultish' nowadays.. i hope my kids will just be like mi when i was young.. bubbly, cheerful and 'hiao'.. haha..

Alright.. back to work..

Work was alright today.. nothing interesting happened.. but my poor colleague served a couple of super unreasonable, pain in the arse cms! How i wish i could help her tell those cms off lor.. poor thing lar.. always kana bullied by cms.. *shake head*..

It went on like this..

Jen: Hi, how can i assist you?
Cm: Your phone officers needs to be educated! They gave mi the wrong information!!
[Duh.. you just mentioned PHONE and not BRANCH right?.. so why scream?]
Jen: Mdm., i am so sorry about that. Maybe i can assist you?
Cm: So you tink you can educate those ppl for the bank?
[If i can educate the WHOLE lot of them, would i still be sitting here?]
Jen: No mdm. But wad was your enquiry about over the phone?
Cm: I want to know the AXS machine locations and they gave mi the wrong information!
Jen: Mdm, there is actually one nearby just at XXX.. [my colleague went on giving directions..] FYI.. We are NOT incharged of the AXS machines!!
Cm: No, i want the AXS location at YYY
Jen: Mdm, the nearest one is just behind the building..
Cm: Why must you be so insistent that i pay at XXX? How do you know that it will be convenient for mi? I wan the location at YYY
[If its just behind the building wad is making it inconvenient?]
Jen: Mdm, why not i bring you there if you are still not too sure of the location?
Cm: Wad makes you tink that i wan you to walk mi there? Do you tink you haf that time?
Jen: Alright mdm, maybe i can check for you in the internet.
[Cm sits down and went rantling on.... !@%$^$#^$@$#@#@$#%]
Jen: Mdm, this is the list. For your reference.
Cm: Thank you. I am not trying to spoil your day [which she already did..] but i just tink that the ppl at the phone banking needs to be educated.
Jen: Yes mdm, thank you for the feedback..
[Cm repeats herself again..and left the branch only after we ensure her that her feedback will be given to the relative dept.. she also specially requested that someone gives her a call with an answer regarding this issue..]

Jen could only sigh, curse and swear after she leaves.. hahahaha.. sometimes, it doesn't pay to be kind.. going the extra mile.. haha.. wad an irony with us in the customer service line.. Oh well.. such cases happens everyday with a diferent storyline.. haha..

Hmm... as long-winded as it is, i tink i should just stop here.. Lalala... Tml's the eve of lunar new year! So enjoy your day peeps! No school, No work! Yeah! But i gotta wake up early to pick up the rented car.. (-_-').. I just wanna pig away.. ZzZzZzZzzzzzzzzzz......
