Thursday's Entry [Delayed big time]

Today seem to be a rather peaceful day.. *touch wood*.. coz its still the banking hours right now.. things that should be done for now are cleared.. so now, just waiting to serve walk-in cms.. lalala...

Hmm.. i guess it must be the weather.. been raining since early afternoon.. perhaps that wad that is putting cms away from coming to the bank.. but anyway, not feeling good today.. my branch got the lowest ranking in comparison to all the other branches lor.. graded in terms of customer service.. but i must say it really is a bias source coz it is only based on the feeback of ONE cm.. :( Haiz.. but i shant brood too much over it.. coz we all gotta look forward.. to improve constantly... but i really feel like cursing that mystery shopper lar~ Coz i am sure the service that we are rendering to our cms shouldn't be graded like that! Urgh... Nvm.. we shall work hard for the next quarter!! :)

Alright.. work is quite tough recently.. details i shall not go into.. but everything boils down to team work and the support from fellow colleagues.. which its existence i cannot feel.. :( i really hope something that be done to it.. so that working can be enjoyable and happy!

Back to school... hmm.. this coming Monday will be my last paper, marketing! Can't wait to get it over man! Was tinking of KTV or mahjong session leh.. [shucks! Got addicted to it!]

New sem is gonna start on the 11th of April.. Lalalalalala...

Weekend is coming.. but then its not for play.. gotta study for the last paper... more memorising..

What is missing in life? Hmmmmmmmm.....
